To help your pet from getting re-infected with Giardia: Clean the area where your pet urinates or defecates with HOT water either from the hot water heater or almost boiling from the stove. OR you can use a blow torch or other fire object to kill the parasite.
To help prevent your pet getting Coccidia, remove feces immediately from your yard.
